Browsing & Searching Galleries
> We have created an easy to use database gallery of digitalised photos.
As you browse the various galleries, click on the thumbnails to preview a larger image. Previewed images are watermarked and viewed in optimized low-res 72 dpi.
The watermark is removed on purchased images which have a much higher resolution, with more accurate colour rendition and sharpness.
> You can perform a full keyword search by entering selected keywords in the Image Search box. Alternatively browse the image thumbnails page by page and use the link embedded keywords to find other images in the same category.
Image Sizes for Instant Download
> The digital stock photo images are saved as 96dpi JPG files (backgrounds) &300 dpi JPGs (prints) available to purchase and instantly download in four sizes:

> All files are compressed prior to downloading. When downloading select 'Save' and locate a place on your computer to save the files to. In order to access these files, you will need to uncompress them e.g. with a free version of WinZip.
My Account
> You will need to Register as a member in order to create an account for purchasing images.
After Registering, you will receive an ‘Activate your account’ auto email. Please ensure you click the Activation Link to complete your Account Membership. (If you have Spam Filters, you may need to adjust your Security Settings or check the Junk Email folder)
> Account holders can login to make make purchases, and download orders, after payment.
> Use the My Account page to preview and change your profile details, including your password, as well as to track your orders history.
Shopping Cart/CheckOut
> The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply click the remove link on the right side.
> You will need to login to checkout your order.
Making Payments
> We utilize PayPal for secure purchasing of instant download images from the DayStar Images website.
> You do NOT need to have Paypal account in order to complete your transaction.
>All major credit cards are accepted.
The Lightbox
> The Lightbox is YOUR collection of saved images. You may add up to 30 images to your Lightbox by simply clicking ‘Lightbox’ under an image or thumbnail.
It can be used to store your favorites for later viewing or purchasing, or, to compare several images side-by-side. You can also email your Lightbox images to a friend.
> To purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.
Pop-Up Features
> The ‘Email Lightbox’ and ‘Send to a Friend’ features uses a pop-up email window. If you cannot view them, you may have a pop-up blocker installed that is preventing the email window from appearing. You need to turn it off in order to use these features.

> All images on this website are copyrighted to Sherwood Burton. Digital files, whether for web use or print use are " Rights Managed ". Our terms are as follows
- Web usage: These files can be used on one domain only (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com) They can be used on as many web pages within that domain as you desire.They can be altered if necessary, they can not be included in any composite that is resold. The image files CANNOT be resold!
- Print usage: You are granted a licence for a ONE TIME USE - This means that you can use the image for one type of publication. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to then create a new product such as a magazine ad which uses the same image.
